Job Description

Fencing Manufacturer & Distribution Company is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative reporting to the General Manager, at our Bakersfield, CA office. This is an hourly based position, with no commission. This is an in-person position, remote work is not available.

Job Duties:

· Communicate with customers by phone and email, giving prompt and courteous service.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Work with team members and clients on material scheduling.

· Able to handle Will Call customers picking up orders.

· Making sales calls to customers.

Skills/Qualifications

· Sales experience in the fencing industry or related manufacturing.

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

· Must be knowledgeable with product specification.

· Must be experienced using a PC and MS Office products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).

· Blueprint reading ability preferred.

· A positive and assertive attitude and a team player.

· Must be organized, detail oriented and dependable.

· High school degree or equivalent required.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
