Compensation:
- Six-figure average first-year income

Independent Sales Associate:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet with customers, consulting on which of our products and services will best meet their needs.
- Create estimates and work with each customer for contract completion follow through.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers.
Qualities and Skills:
- Approach challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in the roofing industry or similar preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close the sale.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $155,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
