Customer Success Coordinator

Accountabilities
  • Interaction with customers via phone, email, and social media, providing answers about product availability, pricing, expediting, shipping information and product troubleshooting
  • Expediting order entry and checking, returned goods authorizations and invoicing
  • Support National Sales Manager & Manufacturer’s Representatives, assuring they have the tools necessary to succeed in their territories
  • Assist Internal departments with expediting, shipping issues and freight claims
  • Accurate and timely reporting on revenue, commissions, and representative performance via CRM system



Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changes in the workplace
  • Proven excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment from diagnosis of the issue to solution
  • Ability to empathize with the customer and become their advisor
