Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. This position is responsible for engaging, qualifying and closing new major corporate accounts for service and ongoing maintenance programs. Additional duties include, but not limited to; managing multiple accounts; research clients and markets; meeting clients; ensuring the needs of clients are met and conducting consistent follow up visits; up selling existing contracts and offering the full spectrum of services; interacting with the operations team; and ensuring individual tasks are aligned with the team’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will interact with the local operations team to ensure service delivery is aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 4year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field of study.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in a service, manufacturing or installation related field required; janitorial, facility maintenance, property management FM industry experience desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, principles and practices
- Knowledge of establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite and CRM required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Build and maintain client relationships and track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Responsible for ensuring the client’s needs are addressed with the appropriate services; recommends additional services to the client to address unidentified issues; and creates a strong working relationship with the client
- Adheres to sales objectives by selling new business, aligning individual goals and tasks to the Company’s strategic plan
- Develops and enhances knowledge of the client’s facilities to became an asset and to create and maintain a long-term partnership
- Adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, historical sales, regional trends and supply and demand
- Builds a solid working partnership with the operations team
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network; participating in professional societies and attending professional development workshops
- Keeps the sales team informed of developments, issues, concerns, regional influential factors and strategic plans to obtain established goals
- Contributes to team effort; manages data in CRM; and provides accurate reporting
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Communicate issues, concerns and questions to supervisor
EXPECTED RESULTS
- Effectively manage client relationships and establish new lines of service to increase company sales and gross profit. Sell new clients. Increase sales to current clients.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per year
