- Develop new clients for the company;
- Communicate with customers, identify their needs, prepare and deliver customer specific presentations;
- Utilize a consultative sales approach that enhances customer value and facilitates future sales opportunities;
- Write proposals for service offerings;
- Follow up on satisfaction with existing customers (increase revenue);
- Follow up on activities in the CRM, produce reports, maintain client and prospect files and follow up on service offers;
- Achieve sales objectives and agreed upon results in a timely manner;
What we are looking for:
- College degree in a discipline related to the Sales Representative position or equivalent work experience;
- Two (2) years of experience in sales or business development;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in French and English)
- Knowledge of CRM and the ability to build productive business relationships;
- Results oriented and passionate about development;
- Have an active professional network
- Be available and flexible to travel as needed;
