About this role
We're looking for an ambitious and energetic salesperson to help us book demos, generate new business, and close deals. This role should be exciting if:
- You want to eventually assemble a world-class sales team and eventually be VP of sales
- You're growth-minded, creative, scrappy and comfortable building your pipeline from scratch
- You're open-minded and have a low ego.
- You can comfortably switch between prospecting and closing depending on the needs of the company.
- You want to be more than just a 'salesperson'.
- You're excited by new sales technology, automation, and productizing sales processes. With AI and recent developments - sales is not the same as it used to be 5 years ago!
Role responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound prospecting
- Manage replies to our outbound email automation engine (we already book 30+ demos/week on this channel alone and have a 70% closed won from sales qualified demos!)
- Do account based prospecting and go after desired logos on various channels like LinkedIn
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and eventually proactively set more ambitious goals and exceed them again
- Manage inbound leads
- Build relationship with our investors, partners, customers etc to establish referral channels for leads
- Book Demos: Schedule and manage demos
- Close deals on sales calls
- Collaborate: work closely with growth team and CEO to refine and execute sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and needs of potential customers

Companies can work with specialized recruiters more cheaply, monitor their performance, and flex based on demand. Recruiters don't have to worry about acquiring clients while earning and working on their own terms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
