Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service and good knowledge of the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing customers and make sure products are moving well and staying fresh on the shelf.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication
- Select new customer opportunities and do showings and sample drops to gain new business.
- Do vendor days and events to promote products and boost sales.
- Manage accounts and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experience in cannabis sales, outside sales, or account management
- Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and cannabis products.
- Public speaking and being able to do presentations for customers and clients.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The canna industry in Oregon can be tough to navigate, especially the sales aspect, so we are looking for dedicated and hard working individuals that won't taker no for an answer and be persistent (not pushy).
We offer a commission on new sales and existing accounts, on top of the hourly pay as well as mileage reimbursement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
