Young’s Water is looking for a motivated individual to work directly with customers. Must be highly approachable, customer-oriented who thrives in offering exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities
· Receive and process customer inquiries in person, phone conversation and emails.
· Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer issue quickly and ensure satisfaction.
· Document and maintain customer records
· Available to speak and write clearly
· Customer experience required
· Assist customers lifting up to 50LBS
· Keep retail space shelves stocked with inventory
· Handle cash and POS transactions.
· Keep retail area clean and organized
· Able to learn and articulate product information to customers
· Fluent in Microsoft programs
· Booking of appointments
· Water testing
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
. Expand our social media and digital road sign advertising
. Ability to produce postings with artwork or pictures.
. Increase our reviews while maintaining our 5 star rating
Available to work weekdays / Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
