Accomplished Customer Satisfaction Manager Needed

Our team's passion is both for the products we produce, but more importantly in the service we provide.

Our Customer Success Team is looking for a skilled Customer Satisfaction Manager whose mission is to ensure all customers are satisfied with their experience; both with the products, but also with the service provided. We are looking for a accomplished Customer Satisfaction Manager who will cultivate growth in our team's understanding of the customer's needs, find solutions to their challenges, inspire our internal team to ensure Plastic Printers delivers a world-class customer experience.

To qualify for application of this position you must:

• Reliably work on-site in our MN Location
• Management Experience: Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service or similar desired.
• Proficient / Quick learner of Technology, CRM and Basic Computer usage and programs.
• Ability to effectively coach, train, teach and/or mentor individuals and/or Departments.
• Agile ability to comfortably lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Previous experience in Print and/or custom products is useful, but not required.
