Position Summary
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and enhancing the company’s market position in the retail and restaurant sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the retail and restaurant markets
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and industry partners
Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitive dynamics
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction industry, specifically in retail and restaurant projects
Strong network of industry contacts and in-depth market knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred
