As we expand our operations throughout Texas and the Central United States, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives.

Position: Solar Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions offered by Custom Pro.
Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar and roofing options for customers' homes or businesses.
Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar or roofing industry (though not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

Our top sales reps make $350k-$1 Million
Typical first year between $75,000-$250,000
Although it's commission based, average reps will still have the ability to earn $75k+
