We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator, a hungry sales professional, to continue the growth of our client base. The ideal individual joining our team will be a proactive, highly motivated, forward-thinking person who will drive results through elevated client experience.
As a candidate for this position, you understand the ins and outs of an influential B2B sales role. You will engage with our prospective clients when considering the services we offer. This means you will be professional and competent in our services as a first-impression leader. You will give advice, provide solutions, and build loyalty and a growing client family.

Responsibilities
· This position is a Bonafide hustler responsible for driving the client pipeline and crushing quotas.
· Develop and cultivate sales leads.
· Become an industry expert and manage daily outbound prospecting.
· Educate, influence, and articulate our services to hot, warm, and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships, and events.
· Overcome sales objections tastefully.
· Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and deliver status reports.
· Uncover needs, solve business problems through service solutions, overcome objections tastefully, identify decision makers, and win them over.
· Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Develop creative strategies to meet client goals and needs.
Travel to trade shows within the US and Canada and primarily in the summer and early fall will be a possibility

· Knowledge of the boutique business model and technology solutions to deliver personalized customer experience.
· Willing to work full-time, knowing we have two busy seasons each year and are all hands on deck working across all time zones.
· Proficiency with MS Office, Google, and Collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Slack.
· Experience, working knowledge within a CRM, excellent organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field.
· 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
