This is a remote position available to applicants residing in MA, SC, GA, FL, or TX.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our suite of compliance services.
- Conducting consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and compliance challenges.
- Creating and delivering tailored proposals to address client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on activities to management.
- Staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact our clients.
- Representing Foley at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of software sales experience and 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of DOT compliance and FCRA regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- A motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
