Join our team at Foley as an Enterprise Account Executive and help us drive our mission forward! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our key enterprise clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and support to meet their compliance needs.

Foley has established itself as a trusted partner for motor carriers of all sizes. We leverage our advanced technology to streamline onboarding, DOT compliance, background screening, and other regulatory requirements, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best: running their businesses.

This is a remote position available to applicants residing in MA, SC, GA, FL, or TX.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our suite of compliance services.
  • Conducting consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and compliance challenges.
  • Creating and delivering tailored proposals to address client requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on activities to management.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact our clients.
  • Representing Foley at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of software sales experience and 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of DOT compliance and FCRA regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • A motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
