Job Description

Customer Support Specialist Daily Duties:

Customer Service is integral to our success and corporate mission. The Customer Support Specialist is tasked with interacting with customers on a daily basis, answering questions, listening to customer concerns, selling products, and providing customer feedback to the management team. This position will require attention to detail, accurately recording information regarding interactions with customers and utilizing proper follow-up procedures to increase overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist drives sales, points out new product offerings and ensures that key performance indicators are met.

Customer Support Specialist Key Qualifications:

· We need excellent communicators!

· Previous sales experience is a plus

· Background working in a customer facing role

· Ability to proactively engage customers

· Troubleshooting and multitasking skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills, our Customer Support Specialist must work well in a collaborative environment

· Attention to detail while entering customer information

· Retail or customer service experience is a plus

· Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our SaaS product.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals.

Customer Support Specialist Requirements:

· Speak to customers daily answering any questions they may have

· Enter customer data to complete sales transactions

· Increase sales by upsetting relevant products

· Respond effectively and professionally to consumer enquiries

· High School or equivalent + one year of relevant experience required

· To be considered Customer Support Specialist candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

·Must be located within commuting distance to Dallas, TX with access to reliable transportation

· Clear verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers via phone

Pay: $18.88 - $22.94 per hour
