What's the role?

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to align sales strategies, address customer needs, and optimize the overall customer experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service (Min. 2 years)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Professional appearance and demeanor

Skills:

Computer skills: Proficient in using reservation systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Customer service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Clerical: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Customer support: Address customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
