## Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. ## Duties - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and manage customer interactions ## Qualifications - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join our team and take your career to the next level as you contribute to our company's success!
