In-Home HVAC Sales Professional

Our growing service and installation company is looking for a qualified In-Home HVAC Sales Professional.

In-Home Sales Experience preferred; industry experience is helpful but not required, the willingness to excel in a performance-based sales position is essential!

The Big Task:

You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals. We are crazy about our customers, and we want people on our team that share that passion.

Key Sub Tasks:

  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
  • Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
  • Get potential customers excited about the Diamond Brand and encourage them to spread the word.
  • Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
  • Help meet aggressive sales plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPI's through continuous training and development of skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
