We are looking for sales representatives to join our growing team. We will provide training, development, and leadership to help you grow with our team. As an applicant, you must have a winning attitude, a desire to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Sales representatives are responsible for following up with new client inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and building solid relationships. Typically, sales presentations are conducted live through Zoom or a similar platform. After a successful sale, sales representatives must maintain a productive client relationship and service their accounts accordingly.

The role of a Health Insurance Sales Representative is to provide potential clients with information about benefit packages and business development products. It is essential to clearly understand all the available products and cross-sell them effectively in case there are opportunities to present additional products beyond the initial inquiry.

This is a full-time position. Applicants must be able to work in the office. We do not have any remote opportunities available. Reliable transportation and professional dress are required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. US work authorization is required.

Health Insurance Sales Representatives Requirements:

  • Understanding of price vs value selling
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to work with email, excel, and basic CRM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Mastery of the English language

Health Insurance Sales Representative's Responsibilities:

  • Following up on client inquires promptly.
  • Identify qualified customers and direct them to the appropriate products.
  • Preparing sales presentations respective to the inquiry.
  • Reaching sales targets.
  • Researching competitors' products.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Building long-term relationships through the sales process.
  • Developing skills via our extensive training process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
