EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
EXPERIENCE: 3 + years sales experience with construction industry, property insurance, Background in Residential and Commercial Reconstruction is highly desired.
COMPENSATION: A combination of base salary and commission.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Develop contacts. Maintain, establish and grow relationships with insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, realtors, commercial/residential property managers, construction industry tradesmen and other potential sources.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Obtain positive reviews and survey status.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and or exceed company wide and personal revenue goals.
- Collaborate with SEO and social media and supporting website.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and competitors.
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.
- Compile and present detailed progress reports.
- Help foster a positive and winning culture.
- Create and maintain company incentive program.
