Role Overview:
As a Intern Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Homeseeker Vacation Homes, you’ll be the initial point of contact for property owners interested in our vacation rental management services. Your role is pivotal in helping us grow, identifying new opportunities, and setting qualified meetings with our Client Success team. You’ll represent our brand, connect with potential clients, and support our sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and identify potential vacation rental owners and reach out through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)
- Relationship Building: Engage with leads, build rapport, and understand their needs and pain points to qualify them as a fit for our services.
- Qualify Leads: Use our qualification criteria to assess leads’ readiness and potential, scheduling meetings with our Client Success team.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work with our marketing team to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute ideas for attracting property owners.
- Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads, document conversations, and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (ideal but not required)
- Interest or experience in the vacation rental or real estate industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

Pay: $33,100.00-$113,223.38 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
