- Develop new sales opportunities in the Acetyl Chain core through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Acquire basic product technical knowledge for the Acetyl Chain product portfolio.
- Understand customer needs, requirements and competitive landscape.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players and enrich AC market landscape.
- Maintain and expand AC SFDC opportunity database
- Team with Product Managers to build opportunity pipeline and close deals.
- Perform cost analysis by business line, product, customer in order to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years commercial/sales experience (Chemical industry preferred)
- BA/BS degree
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with corporate business management, productivity and cost analysis tools such as PROS, SAP R3, SAP BI
- Possesses and demonstrate strong analytical and sales assessment skills
- Solid understanding of order management process (i.e. order entry, order fulfillment, invoicing, collection)
- Strong phone presence and experience in customer phone interaction
