Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at RapNet, you’ll play a crucial role in our sales team, driving the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Reporting directly to the VP Global Sales in our Jerusalem office, you will engage with prospective clients through both inbound and outbound calls, manage accounts, and help clients access the value RapNet brings to their business. This position requires a proactive, process-oriented sales approach and effective client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management: Own and drive the entire sales process from initial contact through to close, primarily via phone.
- Lead Response & Outbound Calling: Respond to inbound lead requests promptly and actively engage in outbound calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Account Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities within targeted accounts and current customer base.
- Solution Presentation: Present RapNet solutions using a value-based sales methodology to address client needs and drive commitment.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Track and manage sales activities and forecast pipelines using Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in quota achievement and weekly reporting.
Onboarding Milestones:
- First 30 Days: Complete comprehensive training to gain expertise in RapNet’s product offerings, value propositions, market differentiation, and sales process.
- First 60 Days: Begin managing inbound/outbound leads and progressing them through the sales cycle.
- First 90 Days: Achieve competency in closing sales cycles independently.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in high-volume, solution sales.
- Commitment to Process: Evidence of a disciplined, process-driven sales approach with the ability to accurately forecast and track customer engagement.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present solutions and build client rapport.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
