Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based salary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of both our beauty supplies, equipment and educational training programs, as well as attracting new clients to open accounts with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to promote and sell our beauty supplies and educational training programs to individuals, salons, spas, and businesses in the beauty industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for both beauty supplies and training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty supplies and training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to attract new clients and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Creating engaging social media content
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.
- Experience selling beauty supplies and/or educational training programs in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
