Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The primary focus of the SDR will be on outbound lead generation, targeting our healthcare market. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and other creative means, with the goal of setting up discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for outbound lead generation.
- Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend our reach into target markets.
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
- Record all activities and interactions in CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and setting up discovery calls.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient in the use of social media, CRM software, and MS Office or similar tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
