Job Description

This position will primarily be responsible for working closely with JSCM Group’s clients to find the right solutions for cyber security products, services and managed services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and own the sales process from the beginning to end. You will be passionate about selling and helping advance innovative solutions and technologies to CEOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and other executive team members.


Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Regional Sales Director are assessed on an annual basis to ensure accuracy and allow for a transparent expectation of the overall role. The following serves as a general outline of what is expected from one’s supervisor to ensure adequate workflow. Accountability to effectively carry out duties and responsibilities relies on the Regional Sales Director.


Responsibilities Include:

Increase Sales Generation:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets, actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the cyber security sector.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and IT professionals in target accounts, comprehending their cyber security needs and challenges.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and effectively communicate the value proposition of our cyber security solutions to potential clients and position our offerings as the ideal choice for their security requirements.

Solution Presentation:

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique aspects of our cyber security solutions. Address customer concerns and objections adeptly.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and solution architects, to create comprehensive and customized proposals that align with client requirements and objectives.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Account Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling additional products and services when appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape within the cyber security industry, constantly expanding your knowledge to enhance our market positioning.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM software. Provide accurate forecasts and regular updates to sales management

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Skillset:

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and trends. Familiarity with common security frameworks and compliance regulations is advantageous.

Sales Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to proficiently manage complex sales cycles, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution selling, negotiation, and deal closure.

Relationship Building:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the rapid development of rapport and the maintenance of long-term client relationships.

Technical Aptitude:

  • Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions, translating them into tangible business value for clients.

Results-Orientation:

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, consistently achieving sales goals and objectives.

Team Player:

  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with internal teams to ensure client success and overall business growth.

Adaptability:

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changes and proactively overcoming challenges.
