This role will be based onsite in our Irving, TX, office.
As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will:
- Be responsible for new business bookings with mid market accounts
- Rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support bookings targets
- Diligently qualify and convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
- Proactively generate interest and sales in target accounts
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships
- Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
- Meet and aim to exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities
- Be passionate and enthusiastic to execute value-selling while leveraging market, prospect, and product knowledge
- Collaborate effectively and engage various partnerships/resources including Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Education, Account Managers, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements within assigned business
- Represent hireEZ to assigned accounts, and communicate the hireEZ value proposition clearly and accurately
Requirements:
- Drive, motivation, and an unrelenting hunger for success are just the starting point—we're looking for seasoned AE's who live and breathe these qualities, turning ambition into outstanding results
- Multi-year experience selling SaaS, consulting, or relative services within the technology ecosystem
- Experience in a high-activity sales environment
- Excellent presentation skills, written communication, and phone skills
- Consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings quota
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
