Terrapin Ridge Farms, a Gourmet Food Company, is looking for Inside Sales Territory Manager on the West Coast to play a fundamental role in helping to achieve our ambitious revenue growth objectives.

· Developing core customer sales opportunities by building relationships, understanding customer needs and improving account penetration.

· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

· Closing sales and achieving monthly quotas.

· Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating product interest.

· Manage outside independent sales representatives to help grow the territory.

· Foodie or Food Lover is a MUST.

· Proven sales experience- Food sales experience is preferred

· Managed Independent Sales Representatives

· Strong listening, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and be persistent

· Track record of over-achieving goals

· Strong phone presence

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

· Will work remotely, some travel is required.

The candidate must live on the West Coast and love sales activities, achieving goals and building relationships for long term growth. We are looking to identify a candidate interested in a long term sales career. We are interested in sales candidates that possess the skills to create long term customer relationships via regular interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
