Job Description:
As a Sales Representative specializing in international recruitment services, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients who require assistance in hiring foreign talent.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients who have a need for international recruitment services, including businesses in industries such as technology, healthcare, engineering, and hospitality.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment goals.
- Educate clients about the benefits of international recruitment and our services, including visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and cultural integration support.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to develop customized recruitment strategies for clients, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, immigration policies, and labor market conditions in target regions, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization in sales and client management processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is preferred, with knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
