In the role as Account Executive, Premium Sales, you will help our team bring the next round of stories to life on the United Center campus.
The Account Executive, Premium Sales is responsible for driving revenue by selling premium suite and club seating for the Bulls, Blackhawks, concerts and more. This role focuses on generating new business through prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic sales initiatives, while meeting established sales goals. The Account Executive will also engage with key clients, nurture long-term relationships, and contribute to the dynamic, team-oriented sales culture at the United Center.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
  • Responsible for, but not limited to, the sale of season suite licenses and club spaces for Bulls, Blackhawks and Concerts/Special Events.
  • Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Build new relationships through self-prospecting, cold calling and effective campaign management.
  • Generate virtual, out of office and United Center “face-to-face” meetings to create new opportunities with top area businesses and B2C sales campaign leads.
  • Entertain and nurture relationships with prospects through creative means, including but not limited to: one-on-one meals, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games and outside meetings.
  • Team Member will be accountable for weekly and monthly KPI’s (calls, touchpoints and appointments).
  • Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities.
  • Enhance sales culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.
  • Participate and contribute to daily or weekly sales team meetings and game-day duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Successful 3 years of sales experience regardless of previous industry.
  • Successful B2B & face to face sales experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems.
  • Experience with Archtics or other ticketing system.
  • Experience with prospecting, appointment setting and executing sales presentations in a face-to-face & virtual format.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English.
  • Ability to multitask and organizational skills.
