Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficient in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $104,695.00 - $116,388.00 per year
