The primary function of this position is to service inbound/outbound sales-related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospect and sets the tone for the sales cycle following.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Research and build new and existing accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
- Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
- Respond to all inbound leads and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPI’s

- Work closely with closers and product specialists to provide the most qualified prospects
- Other duties as necessary or assigned
A great fit for this position has:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Disciplined organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands
- Excellent attention to detail and diligence
- High organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and maximize time
- The ability to work independently with moderate supervision as well as part of a team
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- A proven track record of consistent goal achievement
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the SaaS industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to travel as needed
