What We Are Looking For:

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who can help facilitate growth opportunities. They will create business development strategies to support the success of the company and help to achieve our organizational goals while increasing our revenue. The ideal candidate can identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships, and develop strategies to cultivate these relationships into profitable ventures. The role is a dynamic mix of strategic analysis, marketing acumen, and sales expertise, all aimed at expanding Spirit Juices’ market presence and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
  • Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to boost the company's market presence
  • Developing growth strategies and plans with clear objectives to increase revenue and business expansion
  • Understanding the needs of existing customers and how the company's products or services align with their goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry contacts
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Key Priorities:

  • Draft proposals for incoming inquiries promptly.
  • Approach new clients.
  • Approach existing clients for new projects.
  • Increase revenue / cut costs.

Strategic Analysis:

  • Determine the how and when of our outreach to clients.
  • Identify and develop new markets.
  • Timing of sales/production/etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Work Location: In person
