Position Overview:
This role is based in Richmond, VA, with relocation assistance provided. As an Account Executive for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will be instrumental in supporting realtors to enhance their digital marketing and advertising efforts. By delivering compelling presentations, you will encourage prospective real estate agents to subscribe to our client's innovative platform, designed to elevate their marketing strategies. You will receive thorough training to represent the brand confidently and effectively.
This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, with first-year earnings expected to exceed six figures. The role is based in Richmond, VA, requires full-time on-site presence (5 days a week), and includes relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to boost advertising revenue through a subscription model.
- Business Expansion: Conduct outbound calls to create new business opportunities and close deals successfully.
- Virtual Presentations: Demonstrate the value of our client's platform through engaging virtual presentations.
- Proactive Achievement: Exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborative Spirit: Partner with team members to drive revenue collectively.
- Client-Centric Focus: Provide exceptional customer support, customize solutions to client needs, and ensure the successful implementation of those solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate. Other sales experience will be considered
- Proven success in a corporate sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
