Remote School Board Certified Behavior Ananlyst (BCBA) Contract Job in Emmaus, PA
- Location: Emmaus, PA
- Start/End Date: ASAP 06/07/2025, with extension into Extended School Year (ESY) from 07/08/2024 07/25/2024
- Hours per Week: 2-4 hours per week
- Caseload: Supervision for 3 1:1 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with Kindergarten through High School students.
- Pay:$45 per hour or higher, commensurate with experience
Required Credentials/Non-Negotiables:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State-required credentials and certifications
- Experience in behavior analysis and intervention in educational settings
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with school staff, RBTs, and families
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and oversight for 3 1:1 RBTs working with students across Kindergarten through High School levels
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Train and coach RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support students' behavioral and social-emotional needs
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed Maintain accurate records of student progress and supervision hours
