BHY Tire & Wheel is a rapidly growing company based out of Jurupa Valley, CA that specializes in selling custom rims and tires. We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesperson to join our team.

Pay: Full time at location (NOT Remote) Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Job Requirements & desired skills:

· Must be legally authorized to work in the US

· Must possess valid Driver's License

· Must have at least High school degree (or equivalent) or higher

· Must be fluent in English and computer savvy. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

· Must have prior closing and selling skills. Minimum 2 years of Sales experience. B2B preferred.

. Have an articulate/clear telephone voice, and demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude.

· Must have strong communication & time management skills.

· Prefer a car enthusiast and mechanically inclined candidate

. Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others.

. Experience in aftermarket automotive, wheel or tire industry is strongly desired.

. Possess a sense of urgency and be able to work high call volume and under pressure.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Interact with customers, process sales orders, assist customers in determining tire and aftermarket wheel needs, answer questions, and make product recommendations.

· Provide prompt and courteous service by phone and in person.

· Assist other team members as needed.

· Resolve customer service issues as required

· Help develop new wholesale customers & maintain relationships with existing ones.

. Visiting new/existing customers

. Keep track of old leads, new leads, and research for new customers.

· Perform marketing duties needed to increase sales e.g. offer up, FB marketplace, making flyers etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,200.00 - $6,500.00 per month
