The Business Development Manager is charged with deploying our go-to-market strategy by increasing company revenues through our core business channels by presenting and utilizing Brame’s proven process; IHELP LEAD to new and existing customer relationships.

Business Development Manager - Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Business Development Manager - Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth from new business
- Deploys strategy for revenue growth on account level (Organic and New logos)
- Supports the growth and development of new business
- Executes business plans for new revenue opportunities
- Utilizes and coordinates with resources within the organization to identify and execute new business development opportunities and provides development and direction (as needed)
- Collaborates in the development of proposals for new customers
- Works with customers and through market/industry analysis/networks to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Prioritizes new business development initiatives – builds support for those with high potential and retains an organizational focus on their successful execution
- Works collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the organization to identify and utilize existing resources to capture new business development.
- Manages the successful implementation of high-impact, high-visibility business development projects
- Oversees completion of business case analyses for a new customer or product strategies focusing on new integrated product offerings developed in coordination with new company affiliates.
- Generates and presents thoughtful and persuasive sales proposals and internal strategy documents to customers and senior management.
- Engages in contract and pricing negotiations with customers, including developing term sheets, reviewing contract proposals, analyzing customer proposals, and developing recommended counterproposals.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, industry influencers, and key strategic partners.
Business Development Manager - Required Skills/Abilities:
- Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with industry partners
- Stay current on industry and vertical market news, best practices, policies, and emerging market trends
- Strong leadership skills, effective time management, and ability to work across all levels of the company
- Independently assess challenges and creatively problem solve
Business Development Manager - Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred
- Applicable understanding of P&L, financial statements, and budgets
- 3+ years of experience in new account development
- Working knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Excel,
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible work hours
- Ability to pass company background screening, motor vehicle report and drug testing requirements
- Sit for long periods at a desk or ride in a vehicle traveling
- Climb steps to enter and exit the buildings performing site surveys
- Ability to lift, maneuver, and transport pieces of furniture, equipment, samples to demonstrate or potentially assist with an installation
- Work with a CRT screen for long periods
Brame uses the EOS Management System. All employees will participate in regularly scheduled L10 Meetings to discuss departmental issues and suggest opportunities for improvement. All Manager and Supervisors are required to have quarterly conversations with each of their direct reports.
