Job Summary:
As a DMV Specialist, you are expected to develop professional working relationships with DMV and Tag Agent representatives and serve as a subject matter expert. The knowledge you possess will be used to help educate other teams of ATC, including but not limited to, Customer Success and Operations. These relationships play a vital role in the processing of time-sensitive license and titling transactions for our customers. The DMV Specialist is responsible for providing timely, detailed, and accurate information regarding critical state/county processes and procedures that help ATC ensure industry-leading service delivery for all customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Interact with DMVs and Tag Agents by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
· Respond promptly to any issues that would cause file delays
· Answer and resolve DMV issues via phone, mail, and email communication to resolve open issues with paperwork
· Review monthly reject reports and identify trends (internally and externally) and alert department leaders on findings as needed
· Report any changes, concerns, etc... to Operational functions, File Auditing, Escalations – Attention Required, etc.
· Accurately and professionally notate dealership dashboards on items required to complete the transactions (License and title, corrections, duplicates, etc...)
· Document and update records based on phone interactions
· Work as a team to ensure workload is balanced and complete
· Make corrections on rejects
· Keep accurate and updated notes in Zeus (ATC proprietary software)
· Prepare any required tax and title documents to be submitted to the DMV
· Prepare outbound mailings
· Other duties assigned

Education and Experience:
· Experience working at a DMV for a minimum of 2-5 years is required. Only qualified candidates who meet this requirement will be contacted for further consideration.
· High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to manage processes, strong organizational skills, analytical, and practiced at problem solving
· Excellent attention to details
· Highly organized
· Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills
· Verbal Communication skills are a must
· Automotive Transaction Paperwork Experience & DMV experience is required
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
