Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of all vehicles in the inventory
- Approach potential customers through various methods including cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase vehicle features and answer any questions
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in sales management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
