Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for building relationships with clients. Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and provide support when needed - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
