Job Title: Online Sales Professional
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday various shifts (temporary to full time)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers and work to expand the global presence of the company
- Provide customer support from styling and sizing advice to logistics and account updates
- Assist with online sales such as deliveries and returns
- Facilitate communication and coordinate with stores to provide excellent customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience or education in service management or retail & fashion
- High School Diploma, GED
- Clientele experience in the fashion or hospitality industry
- Service oriented mindset
- Ability to think creatively and be solution oriented
- Flexible to work various shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to evaluate applicants and direct to appropriate resources.
- Communicating effectively verbally and in writing
