Your Role

As part of a startup, you will dive into various areas. Your tasks will include:

  • You will handle customer inquiries from the initial phone contact: From the first presentation, through the drafting of contracts, to the support of existing customers, ensuring smooth processes.
  • You will support our nursing staff and ensure high satisfaction among them and our new clients with efficient tour planning.
  • You will regularly assist our administration with administrative tasks.
Requirements

What You Bring

  • You are available immediately to support our team full-time!
  • You are creative, communicative, organized, and reliable.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, constantly want to develop yourself, and are looking for challenges.
  • You have some initial professional experience, preferably in customer care.
  • You have a completed education as a health professional.
