We’re looking for a full-time Luxury outbound sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. **Note: This is not a remote position, the applicant must reside in south Florida to be considered**
Responsibilities
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met.
- Meet our monthly revenue goals.
- Meet monthly metric goals.
- Be a motivated self-starter capable of making over 75 dials a day.
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.
- Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database in order to identify client travel trends; Proactively and consistently seeks opportunities to promote and sell our products based on client travel history.
- Effective communication with your Concierge Manager to provide exceptional customer service to your clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of consultative selling environment to identify consumers’ budget, timeline and decision-making processes.
- Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to include meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers as necessary, in order to close sale and meet/exceed revenue goals.
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing reservations.
- Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training in order to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to our clients.
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
- Maintains operation integrity by following policies and procedures.
- Acquire in depth industry and company knowledge in order to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits and other shipboard amenities.
- Perform other job related functions as assigned.
Knowledge and skills
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, presentation, and customer service skills including professional telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word applications and experience with travel reservations systems a plus.
- Coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Web conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meets).
- Ability to work well and maintain a professional composure while under stress and pressure, displaying efficient multitasking abilities.
- Possess a strong drive and high energy to reach specified sales goals.
- Knowledge of CRM product Salesforce.com a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process.
- General knowledge of world geography.
- Familiarity of global luxurious travel destinations recommended, but not required.
- Cruise or travel sales experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
