Job Description

Hi there! We're PAR and our purpose is:

To deliver solutions that connect people to the restaurants, meals and moments they love.

We take that responsibility very seriously. As a leading provider of technology to the top restaurant brands in the world we're calling all rebels, instigators, idealists and builders to join our constantly growing team!

Today, our solutions span Customer loyalty, engagement, restaurant management, payment services, drive-thru, and full POS integrations. These solutions are used to serve tens of millions of guests every day in over 120 countries.

Our mission is to build the number one restaurant technology company in the world and we're off to great start.

We believe that our ambition is only limited by our ability to attract and retain great people; people who are up for the challenge to change the game with us! If it sounds like you belong here, we should meet!

The Strategic Partnerships team is a vital component of the Brink Business Development organization, dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships and driving growth. Within this team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, managing, and launching new partnership opportunities aimed at enhancing engagement with PAR products and services.

In this dynamic role, you will operate within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across various functions to capitalize on synergies and maximize opportunities. With your strong analytical skills, API integration knowledge, and sound business judgment, you will be instrumental in evaluating opportunities and charting the course for impactful partnerships.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in the restaurant technology field is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the nuances of this industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently without constant supervision.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management is essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively are crucial.
  • Proven experience in managing external relationships in a partner-facing capacity.
  • The ability to foster collaborative partnerships and navigate diverse stakeholder dynamics.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to build and manage reports, validate data accuracy, and make informed decisions based on insights derived from data and assumptions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and DocuSign is required.
  • Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services), Postman, and other relevant technical tools is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of cloud computing and Soap API integration.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of the initial partner conversations, engaging with potential partners to gather pertinent details regarding product functionality, integration potential, and revenue opportunities.
  • Present information gathered for further discussion and evaluation by relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the project management efforts for integration initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient integration processes between partners and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration and alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Oversee the onboarding process of new partnerships, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of partnership initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
  • Take the lead in post-launch engagement activities, actively monitoring and optimizing the performance of integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement, implementing strategies to maximize the value derived from partnership integrations.
  • Drive the go-to-market activities for top-tier partnerships, orchestrating direct campaigns and programs aimed at engaging and expanding the partner customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote partnership offerings and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure flawless execution against established plans, diligently managing project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate alignment among all stakeholders involved in partnership initiatives, ensuring that revenue targets are met and that all parties are working towards common objectives.
