We have a small, efficient team, and enjoy a fun, family atmosphere. We sell advertising to business owners who want to reach our audience of affluent homeowners. Typical clients are in-home services and home improvement, high-end dining and retail, entertainment, and personal services like spas and elective medical services.
Role Description
Perfect for individuals with a sales background seeking extreme schedule flexibility and the opportunity to earn unlimited compensation. This is a remote role for an Experienced, Proven B2B Sales Professional. Candidates will ideally be based in either the Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, OH, or Louisville or Lexington KY metro areas. This role requires local city travel to cover the market area where you are based. You will sell our marketing solutions to mid-size owner-managed businesses. Your day-to-day involves outbound marketing calls enabled using Phoneburner (a power dialer), updating our Zoho CRM system, attending networking events like chamber of commerce meetings, performing drop-in sales calls to develop new business relationships, and consistently delivering account growth. This is a 100% commission role that offers extreme personal flexibility of time and location to our team members, but great results will require significant individual effort.

Qualifications
- Prefer minimum 2 years of sales experience with expert-level knowledge of all aspects of the B2B sales process.
- Advertising, Direct mail, or digital advertising sales are preferred.
- Experience managing a pipeline and delivering on growth and renewal targets.
- Proven track record of success in selling marketing and advertising solutions in a B2B environment.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex marketing and advertising concepts to clients.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the marketing and advertising industries.
Candidates will ideally be based in either the Akron, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, or Lexington metro areas. This is a remote role that requires only local travel in the city where you are based to visit local businesses and networking events. There may be some minimal travel outside of your city for team events and trade shows.
