Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional and efficient customer service to our clients. This role is crucial in creating strong relationships with new clients and ensuring current clients' satisfaction with our products.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States. We are currently unable to sponsor any work visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email. Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details.
• Order Status Updates: Provide customers with accurate order status, shipping information, help resolve shipping issues with FedEx or other carriers and online product tracking.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all the Company's solar power products.
• Product Onboarding: May be eventually expected to assist clients with solar system set up inquiries with engineer support and ability to forecast inventory.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the potential cause of the problem, and working with the technical engineer team to help identify possible solutions.
• Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and liaise with the manufacturing and quality control teams to improve product and service delivery.
• Office Knowledge: Willing to learn new applications. Proficient in Microsoft 365, computer and internet. Knowledge of Shopify Plus and MABANG ERP (will train).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or Physics preferred! Must have a technical background and a strong command of physics, and/or sciences. Knowledge in renewable engineering is a plus!
• Work Experience: One (1) year of customer service and order fulfillment or directly related experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills while dealing with clients in a professional and respectful manner during calls.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual is a plus!

Compensation

• Salary: $20 to $25 per hour，employees can enjoy free electric vehicle charging as a benefit.

Physical and Environmental Elements

Physical Demands: This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the day, needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while maintaining files in the cabinets. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds or more with assistance. Ability to talk, hear and communicate information so others understand.

Vision: Ability to observe details at close range (clear or corrected vision at 20 inches or less). Ability to see at a distance (clear or corrected vision at 20 feet or more). Ability to observe areas that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a point (peripheral vision), ability to see color, depth perception and focus.

Use hands/fingers to handle or feel: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment such as a desk phone, calculator, computer and printer.
