We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Influencer team!

This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a fast-growing and innovative company as well as explore the ever-evolving digital influencer world. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is extremely hard- working and responsible; someone who is digitally savvy, self-motivated, resourceful, culturally aware, and shows enthusiasm for the business. They are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about social media influencers from YouTube stars to Instafamous cats to tweens with millions of followers on TikTok.

About the job

  • Responsible for the ideation and brainstorming of Influencers for specific Client campaigns
  • Responsible for outreach to various agencies for influencer submissions, and presenting to Clients in an impactful way
    • Work closely with junior staff on building compelling influencer recommendations and strategies, for presenting to clients
  • Draft and negotiate contracts for influencer program; work closely with account and internal legal counterparts on appropriate reviews
  • Input all campaign details into accounting/tracker system; work closely with junior staff to ensure tracking of all deliverables
  • Act as point-of-contact with internal colleagues to ensure seamless execution of influencer deliverables
  • Execute partnerships with influencers from post contract phase through campaign completion
    • Ensure management of all deliverables fulfilled, including managing content reviews and feedback
  • Manage database of influencer research and personalities.
  • Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms, as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
  • Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc.) to Talent/Influencers for a specific Campaign or Program

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in public relations agency or similar position
  • Knowledge of various social media tools and programs; monitors and reads online/ news and blogs daily and engages in influencer content on IG and TikTok
  • Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of influencer platforms eg. CreatorIQ or Tracker
  • Health and Wellness experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
