Job Description:
AquaFlor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our exceptional housekeeping services. Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions tailored to their requirements.
3. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate clients about AquaFlor's services, features, and benefits, emphasizing the value proposition and competitive advantages.
4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate prospective clients, showcasing the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of our housekeeping solutions.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations outlining service offerings, pricing structures, and terms of agreement, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements to achieve revenue targets and meet sales quotas.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, facilitate effective communication, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Maintain current functional strategies and relationships with persons key to their success.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) as they contribute to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and analyze sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and formulate actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
