Job Overview:
Join our Sales Operations team at EDC! We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Associate to support our business development professionals. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, you will enhance the efficiency of both our sales teams and regional offices across Canada by delivering quality services and improving national standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the National Inbox, including document handling, CRM updates, and responding to emails.
- Provide support to the Regional Director and Relationship Managers, ensuring the advancement of business opportunities through regular meetings, pipeline reviews, documentation gathering and collaboration with partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or marketing.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong communication, data entry, and software application skills (CRM, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint).
Assets:
- Understanding of financial and accounting terms.
- Experience in sales operations support or administrative support.
- Experience in a financial institution or corporate entity.
Compensation Details:
- Sales Enabl. (Ops & Capab.) 13: Salaries typically range from $49,694 to $66,259 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
Location:
- Export Development Canada is a hybrid work environment.
- This role will be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa, or in one of our community hubs located in Toronto or Montreal.
