Position Overview

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• $35,000 - $45,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $65,000 - $95,000/yr
• Base is determined by interview and background
• Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
• Medical
• Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no weekends required

Responsibilities

• Establish strong, lasting customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.

Requirements

• Ability to commute daily to our office in Vestavia Hills, AL
• Current Alabama Property and Casualty sales License – Required
• 2+ years of active insurance sales and customer service experience – preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem resolution
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
