Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an outside sales position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
